Meeting Space

 Pastries (prepared by a James Beard nominated local bakeshop) are available to order for a private event. Minimum (1) Dozen to order. Existing 3 tiered pastry display is available upon request. Pricing is as follows: 

• Almond Croissant: $5.50
• Cinnamon Roll: $5
• Chocolate Croissant: $5.50
• Butter Croissant: $4.00
• Ham & Swiss Croissant: $5.50
• Pop Tart, Strawberry & Guava (Vegan): $6.00
• Churro Cruffin: $6.00
• Pesto Parmesan Croissant: $6.00
• Monkey Bread: $5
• Salted Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie: $4.00
• Berry Muffin: $4.00
• Banana Muffin (GF): $4.50
• Double Chocolate Donut (GF, seasonal): $5.50
• Earl Grey Loaf (seasonal): $5.50

 The Terrell Coffee Company is available to reserve for private events during the following times: 

• Monday – Thursday: 4:00pm – 9:30pm 
• Friday – Saturday: 4:00pm – 11:00pm 
• Sunday: 9:00am – 9:00pm 

Maximum occupancy 30 people 

 OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE 

Outside food & beverage is allowed, excluding alcoholic beverages, with written permission from the Terrell Coffee Co. All outside food and beverage should be disposed of at the conclusion of the event. Terrell Coffee Co. has limited refrigerated storage space. 

PAYMENT 

A valid method of payment shall be provided to the Terrell Coffee Company upon signature of event contract. Payment will be processed 5 days prior to event date. We accept all major credit cards. Final numbers shall be provided by the customer to the Terrell Coffee Co. 5 days prior to event to ensure proper staffing. 

CANCELLATION

 Should the customer give notice of cancellation at least 5 days prior to the agreed date, and a rescheduled date cannot be determined, the customer shall not face penalty and will receive a full refund of any charges. Should the customer give cancellation less than 5 days prior to the agreed date, and a date for rescheduling cannot be determined, The Terrell Coffee Co. will issue a 50% refund of all charges, including any pastries ordered. 

FORCE MAJEURE

 Either party shall be excused from providing service or accepting service and shall not be in default in respect of any obligation hereunder to the extent that the failure to perform such obligation is due to force majeure events including but not limited to; death, natural disasters, act of God, governmental or societal actions, and infrastructure failures.
